About the Role

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for Association TRENDS, a leading industry association. This individual will report directly to the Board of Directors and provide strategic direction for the organization's programs and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in association management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of executive-level leadership experience in a similar organization or industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget management
  • Experience in running a similar organization or industry is a plus
Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional designation of Certified Association Executive (CAE) or a related field
  • Experience in developing and implementing innovative initiatives and goals to enhance a region's tax base
