Job Description

One Haus Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational consistency, financial performance, guest satisfaction, staff management, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across all units, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards. Regularly monitor venue performance to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Financial Performance: Develop and manage budgets, monitor key financial metrics, and implement strategies to improve profitability and drive revenue growth.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain high service and quality standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Address and resolve complaints efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Management & Development: Lead recruitment, training, and development of management teams. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Compliance, Safety & Sanitation: Ensure all locations comply with relevant regulations, conducting inspections and audits to maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop strategies for business growth. Analyze market trends and improve operational processes.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and events. Engage with local communities to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
Key Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-unit (full service) restaurant operations overseeing at least 10 units simultaneously
  • Proven ability to manage multiple units and brands at one time
  • Experience in beverage management; Wine Certification is a plus
  • Oversight of operations with annual sales volume of at least $40MM
  • Excellent communication skills in English
