Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Client Relationship Manager & Business Insurance Consultant is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned Commercial Lines accounts. This role involves marketing to new and existing clients and negotiating with prospective carriers to secure competitive coverage and premiums.

Essential duties include:

  • Building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Introducing and promoting innovative insurance products.
  • Ensuring high client retention rates through exceptional service.
  • Conducting thorough coverage analysis and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and carrier representatives to stay informed about product offerings.
  • Preparing comprehensive submissions to insurance carriers, including loss analysis.
  • Following up with carriers to ensure timely quotes.
  • Working with producers to gather necessary information for insurance quotes.
  • Reviewing and updating quoted data in company proposals.
  • Participating in meetings with carriers to enhance market knowledge.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry changes.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
