Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personal Banker to join our team at Peoples Security Bank and Trust Company. As a Senior Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to daily work procedures.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's consumer deposit and loan product offerings.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and field questions concerning deposit account and loan activity.
  • Engage and advise customers in person and/or virtually to attract, retain, and grow relationships.
  • Assist clients with deposit account and ancillary service selections.
  • Refer clients and prospects to the appropriate partner to meet their needs for loans, cash management, merchant, or wealth management services.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or General Banking Diploma preferred.
  • Training in customer service, polite and effective communication practices, and relationship building and management needed.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a related position normally required.
