About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team at The Vero at Bethlehem. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for supporting resident care, medication management, and service planning. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train nursing staff to ensure quality of care
  • Verify proper distribution and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders
  • Participate in regular resident assessments and service planning
  • Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications
  • Provide direct care when needed, such as during health emergencies or on-call rotation
  • Relay resident concerns or changes to the appropriate department manager
Requirements
  • Current LPN nursing license
  • CPR certification as required by the state
  • Prefers at least 1 year of prior relevant experience
  • Prefers previous supervisory experience, preferably in senior living
