Job Title: Franchise Support Coordinator

Department: Franchise Support

Reports to: Vice President of Franchising

Status: Exempt

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Franchise Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Franchise Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our franchise system. This role will involve working closely with franchisees, corporate staff, and divisional staff to maintain strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to grow top-line sales and improve franchise performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Franchise Department, including coordinating meetings, seminars, and convention preparations.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with franchisees, corporate staff, and divisional staff.
  • Coordinate and conduct training programs for new and existing franchises.
  • Resolves escalated conflicts and concerns between franchises and corporate office.
  • Prepare reports, records, and documentation as required or assigned.
  • Monitor and control costs related to areas of responsibility.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
  • Proven franchise support or industry-related experience.
  • Understanding of franchise regulations.
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (10-20%) to franchises and divisions within the United States and Canada.
  • Ability to obtain documents necessary to travel within the United States and Canada.
  • Proven ability to successfully resolve conflicts.
  • Understanding of brand management.
  • College degree or related work experience.
  • Acceptable driving record.
  • Meets corporate standards for attendance and timeliness.
