Job Title: Franchise Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is seeking a highly motivated and organized Franchise Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our franchisees, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, and to make a real impact on the success of our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to franchisees, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information and resources as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and support for franchisees.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in franchise support.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to franchisees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including franchisee performance data and other relevant metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a franchise or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
