About the Job:

The Clinical Unit Manager will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. This includes assessing their needs, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring that they receive the highest level of care possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing direct care to residents
  • Assess resident needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve resident outcomes
  • Provide education and training to staff on new policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in elder care or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of state regulations and industry standards
