Your Role

">

You will be responsible for providing direct supervision of personnel practicing on Nursing Units, making patient care assignments, evaluating assignments, facilitating patient throughput, and directly observing staff performance on your assigned shift. You will also be responsible for monitoring productivity and ensuring that staffing and resources are aligned with patient care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct supervision of personnel practicing on Nursing Units
  2. Make patient care assignments, evaluate assignments, and facilitate patient throughput
  3. Maintain labor productivity and supervise the patient care environment
  4. Communicate personnel-related concerns to the Unit Manager

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's Degree (ADN) in Nursing from an accredited nursing college or program, an active Registered Nurse (RN) license cleared by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or with eNLC multi-state practice privilege, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 3 months post-hire.
