Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Systems and Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions for quality assurance and improvement purposes
  • Participate in quality assurance and application testing of software as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree recommended
  • Proficient in MS Office and related products
  • Technically savvy with an ability to easily learn new software
  • Healthcare or clinical experience preferred
  • RN preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communications
