Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Systems and Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve client issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction
- Document and track client issues and resolutions for quality assurance and improvement purposes
- Participate in quality assurance and application testing of software as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree recommended
- Proficient in MS Office and related products
- Technically savvy with an ability to easily learn new software
- Healthcare or clinical experience preferred
- RN preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and external communications
