Job Title: Channel Engagement Specialist

At MPLOY, we're seeking a skilled Channel Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Channel Engagement Team, you will play a crucial role in leading media and web tagging, tracking, analytics audits, and implementation, data connections, reporting, and insight identification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and draw insights from both media and business performance perspectives
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement
  • Conduct A/B tests and other optimization experiments to improve campaign performance
  • Understand and communicate changes in algorithms, platform updates, and other factors impacting campaign performance
  • Create compelling reports with data visualization tools
  • Synchronize data from various channel platforms and formats
  • Conduct analysis using online analytics tools to inform user behavior and traffic insights
  • Develop tagging strategy and plan, implement, and QA tags in collaboration with channel specialists
  • Assist in Data Stream and Storage setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Maintain processes for collecting, cleaning, and storing web analytics, paid media delivery data, and client data
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in an advertising or marketing agency setting with proven experience in analytics and reporting
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and various media channels
  • Experience creating compelling reports with data visualization tools
  • Ability to synchronize data from various channel platforms and formats
  • Extensive experience using online analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with tag deployment and troubleshooting
  • Ability to translate and relay technical concepts to stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects to achieve organized, on-time results
