As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for setting sales strategies and objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team's sales performance to help us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Mentor and coach your team to improve sales performance and achieve sales goals
  • Identify new sales opportunities and emerging markets to keep us growing
  • Create sales reports and present them to the team to outline sales efforts and progress
  • Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department
  • Exemplary communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Compensation: $150,000 at plan yearly
