Role Overview

Mix Outdoor is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to support our day-to-day operations and drive efficiency as we scale. This hybrid role combines remote and in-office work with opportunities for growth and professional development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing inventory records, vendor relationships, client contacts, and contracts, as well as supporting calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience, along with benefits and opportunities to shape company operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
  • Manage and maintain inventory records, vendor relationships, client contacts, and contracts.
  • Support with calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Handle and monitor RFPs (Request for Proposals) with clients.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
