We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team in Hollywood, CA.

Job Summary

This is a great opportunity for recent medical billing and coding graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the medical field. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently, collecting and processing payments at the time of service, and following up on insurance claims.

You will also provide general administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations and work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments using our electronic calendar system.
  • Collect and process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up on insurance claims and maintain communication with insurance providers to resolve payment issues.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year in a medical office setting.
  • Familiarity with ChiroFusion is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently.
  • Recent graduates in medical billing and coding encouraged to apply.
