Job Overview: The Construction Project Coordinator is the key individual responsible for overseeing the execution of projects within the organization. This role encompasses ensuring the safety of field personnel, enhancing labor productivity, maintaining quality assurance, and managing project financials, including projections and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the work activities of team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage project timelines, cost control, and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Facilitate effective communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle change order management and project cash flow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management or related fields, with a preference for candidates from a Mechanical Contractor background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to perform essential duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Experience in project scheduling, productivity analysis, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems, as well as commercial and industrial construction processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Project Management and Accounting Software is preferred.

Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to interpret various forms of instructions.

Work Environment:
