As the Lead Product Manager, Seller Engagement, you will oversee pivotal platforms, developing a strategic roadmap while leading a skilled cross-functional team to promote sustainable growth. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product marketers to outline the product roadmap, drive strategic initiatives, prioritize tasks, and implement enhancements. Your role will provide you with visibility to senior leadership, allowing you to influence our overarching product strategy and contribute significantly to our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the strategy, roadmap, and daily operations of seller engagement product features.
- Guide product development from ideation through experimentation to launch.
- Establish requirements, objectives, and success metrics for product releases.
- Incorporate user research, market insights, and analytics into product specifications.
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to refine and enhance essential features.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, acting as a cross-functional leader to drive new product initiatives that align with our business goals, including boosting supply, enhancing seller engagement, and maximizing seller success.
- Communicate the seller roadmap effectively, setting clear expectations with all relevant parties.
- Gain a deep understanding of our sellers, their operational workflows, and challenges through research, interviews, and analysis of seller behavior on our platform.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within an e-commerce marketplace.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, directing, and organizing product roadmaps.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with a strong appreciation for storytelling.
- A natural collaborator adept at facilitating effective decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of dissecting complex issues and communicating across various functions to identify viable solutions.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, including SQL, to evaluate data for feature opportunities and assess feature performance while making informed trade-offs.
