We are developing an AI Coach specifically designed for field sales professionals. While many sales experts in the U.S. operate in the field, they often lack on-the-job coaching due to their solitary work environment. Although top sales representatives can earn more than surgeons, the majority do not reach their full potential. We believe that with the right tools, a career in Field Sales can become a viable path to financial independence (see top secret master plan).
Position Overview

As a Client Success Specialist, you will be among the first hires in our customer success team. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, and ensuring ongoing success for SIRO deployments with field sales teams. Your role will be crucial in driving engagement and delivering impact by cultivating strong relationships, leveraging sales and industry expertise, and acquiring in-depth product knowledge.

This is a full-time hybrid position.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer success through:
    • Technical onboarding setup (integrations, bookmarks, and analytics)
    • User onboarding (encouraging reps to record)
    • Manager onboarding (empowering coaches to coach)
    • Communicating results back to business stakeholders
    • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing SIRO's playbooks on the above
  • Engage regularly with SIRO's internal teams to provide actionable, data-driven insights to both Sales + Marketing and Product
  • Establish strong connections within our market. SIRO has excelled in this area so far, and you will be expected to help us strengthen our market presence one relationship at a time.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders and provide honest feedback on strategies and decisions.
Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success
  • Exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences, from individual sellers to executives
  • Proven track record of successfully managing software deployments across multiple teams, meeting project deadlines, and achieving positive outcomes for customers
  • You are ambitious, proactive, and enjoy working with clients, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a pre Series-B startup environment
  • Familiarity with sales productivity tools, where sales management is the primary buyer and success hinges on driving change within a sales organization
  • Experience in scaling customer success processes, including both 1:many and traditional 1:1 approaches
  • Background working with users in field sales sectors such as Solar, Roofing, Pest Control, and Home Improvement
Compensation
  • $90k-$130k + equity based on experience and skills
