Position Summary: As a Senior Labor & Employment Counsel, you will advocate for employees in various workplace disputes, encompassing issues such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-related claims. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong dedication to social equity, exceptional litigation capabilities, and a solid history in labor and employment law.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients in labor and employment conflicts, including cases of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage disputes.
  • Perform legal research, and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Participate in all phases of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document management.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution.
  • Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law, particularly in plaintiff-side representation.
  • Strong litigation expertise, including experience with depositions, motions, and trial advocacy.
