About the Role

Formlabs is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our Direct Sales team. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest Formlabs products and technologies, and effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Trade Show Representation: Represent Formlabs at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our products and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of full-time work experience in a sales or technical role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in additive manufacturing technologies and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
