Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

We seek engineers who are committed to excellence and eager to take on greater responsibilities. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance and Reliability Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with various mechanical systems.
  • A degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
