Job Summary

Zoetis is the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of animal pharmaceuticals. We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Lincoln, NE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine, and implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs to support manufacturing efforts.
  • Coordinate with engineering, equipment owners, and maintenance teams to ensure program success.
  • Manage projects and other duties in support of site engineering initiatives.
  • Ensure overall reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, and facilities.
  • Implement predictive measures and condition-based monitoring programs to reduce equipment failures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a closely related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in reliability and/or maintenance engineering.
  • Preferred experience in Active Biological Ingredient, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient, or Drug Product manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification in Reliability/Maintenance engineering.
  • Experience with SAP-based CMMS computer systems.
  • Understanding of cGMPs, USDA regulations, EU regulations, and Good Engineering Practices.
