About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K Stores, Inc. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes and procedures.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to develop and implement business strategies, driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store operations.
