Position Overview

We are in search of a highly driven and skilled Assistant Project Manager to become part of our organization. In this role, you will oversee and implement Design-Build projects across commercial, industrial, and multifamily sectors. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in the preparation and assessment of project estimates, budgets, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications.
  • Engage in project meetings and provide updates to the Project Manager.
  • Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and formulate mitigation strategies.
  • Aid in managing project budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with project specifications.
  • Support project closeout processes, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on timely issue resolution.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
