Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Cultivate a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members perform at a consistently high level.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to drive business results, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
  • Staff Management: Assist in hiring, retention, and development of staff, ensuring alignment with Urban Air's culture and values.
  • Customer Experience: Lead and influence staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory and Expense Management: Assist with inventory management and controlling expenses to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with Urban Air's operating standards and philosophies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or entertainment industry setting.
  • Qualifications: Ability to pass a thorough background check, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and develop team members, and a positive attitude.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
