Executive Search Coordinator

Dore Partnership is a leading global executive search firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Search Coordinator to join our New York team. As a key member of our Search team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of top-tier search services for our esteemed clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Data Management & Research:
- Candidate and ex-of research and sourcing contact information using outside sources.
- Setting up and organizing new mandates in our database.
- Adding candidate profiles to our platform and logging all client calls and candidate meetings.
- Running reports and editing for errors, dates, missing information, and adding comments to candidate profiles as needed.
- Client Calls & Scheduling:
- Joining client calls and taking actionable notes.
- Working with clients and candidates to schedule meetings and sending calendar invites.
- Tracking scheduling and creating easy-to-read scheduling trackers.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Attending and taking notes at individual franchise meetings.
- Scheduling pitch meetings and creating pitch documents.
- Creating and updating marketing documents based on our company's master search track record and data.
