Our team is dedicated to fostering connections with our members through engaging workouts and supporting them on their fitness journeys.
Position Summary:As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue by inspiring enthusiasm around achieving fitness goals, enrolling new members, and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients. This role offers an hourly wage along with the opportunity to earn additional income based on your productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish community connections utilizing company resources and programs.
- Generate new business through member promotions, referrals, and guest pass distribution.
- Engage in external promotional activities to attract new clients.
- Conduct outreach to prospective members via phone and schedule appointments.
- Promote special offers to current and potential guests.
- Manage agreements and maintain an organized daily planner.
- Achieve personal revenue goals consistently.
- Provide tours of the facility to prospective members, showcasing equipment and services.
- Understand and address the needs of potential members with our offerings.
- Build rapport and trust with potential members to guide them toward their fitness objectives.
- Communicate effectively and authentically to uncover what matters most to potential members.
- Enroll guests using established sales techniques and protocols.
- Follow Membership Agreement Procedures during the enrollment process.
- Conduct follow-ups with new members to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and functional facility.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- A strong competitive drive to excel in a commission-based environment.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles.
- Comprehensive understanding of sales techniques and practices.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Proficient in typing and using a computer.
- Capability to demonstrate proper fitness techniques.
- Frequent movement including sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
