Client Engagement Specialist

Sound Painting Solutions, a leading and highly-rated painting service provider, is seeking a dedicated Client Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on in-person client interactions, managing incoming leads, and cultivating new business opportunities through proactive outreach. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who thrives on guiding prospects through the decision-making process.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of organization and ability to work autonomously
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven success in external sales roles
- Motivated by personal growth and achievement
- Skilled in addressing objections and closing sales
- Available for full-time work
- Prior formal sales training is advantageous
- Familiarity with the painting or construction sector is beneficial but not mandatory
- A college degree is a plus but not essential
Essential Qualifications
- Proficient in technology (iOS/MacOS)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A minimum of three years of sales experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily on-site assessments for residential and commercial painting and carpentry projects
- Generate leads through business development, networking, and community engagement
- Prepare and present written proposals
- Follow up with potential clients
- Maintain and update the CRM database
- Participate in weekly meetings with field, sales, and administrative teams
- Collaborate with field and office personnel for scheduling and project forecasting
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary complemented by commission on sales
