Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II for our Maternity Support Services (MSS) Program in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to pregnant women and new mothers, promoting healthy outcomes and empowering them to take control of their health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address the unique needs of each client, providing education and support to ensure optimal health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide lactation consultation and education, promoting breastfeeding as a vital aspect of maternal and infant health.
  • Document all nursing visits and interactions in our electronic health record system.

Requirements:

  • BSN/RN with recent maternal/infant, community, or public health experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification and access to an insured vehicle for home visits.
