Business Development Director

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to join our team at Lifetime Recruiting Strategies. As a seasoned executive with 10+ years of experience in insurance products, specifically Life Insurance, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, managing, and developing new managers and agents
- Managing regional sales, marketing, and business development activities
- Managing an office and satellite districts throughout the region
- Delivering strong sales results

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in insurance products, specifically Life Insurance
- Financial Planning with extensive training platform
- 4+ years of insurance management experience

- Active Life/Health license for the state
- Series 7, 24 preferred or at least within six months
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Good credit history
Earn $150,000+ annually, plus production overrides and commissions.
