Business Development Head

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Head to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth at our Milwaukee branch.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to identify opportunities to expand the customer base, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales staff, setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and sales team management within the wholesale building materials or closely related sectors.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000.
