Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Experiential Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our team, spearheading the creation, execution, and assessment of captivating marketing experiences for a distinguished financial services client. This position will collaborate closely with marketing and loyalty divisions, alongside external partners, to guarantee the effective implementation of experiential projects and initiatives.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid
  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and incentive structure
  • Travel Requirement: Up to 25% travel may be necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate comprehensive, data-informed experiential marketing strategies that align with overarching loyalty and brand goals.
  • Organize, coordinate, and implement experiential marketing events in lifestyle and entertainment sectors, ensuring flawless activation and delivery of brand narratives.
  • Oversee budgets for experiential marketing initiatives, optimizing resources to maximize impact and return on investment.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external collaborators, vendors, and agencies to facilitate event execution.
  • Ensure that experiential marketing efforts are consistent with and enhance the overall brand identity, messaging, and values.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns, providing insights for future enhancements. Develop thorough reporting frameworks for analysis.
  • Encourage a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere, leveraging internal resources to craft new experiences.
  • Manage intricate events, including creating detailed schedules, overseeing large groups of volunteers and vendors on-site, and developing clear logistical plans for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in experiential marketing or event management or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel to key markets up to 25%.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an awareness of culture, entertainment, and trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing and tracking budgets and expenditures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the capability to review content and creative assets for accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about brand experiences and travel.
