The Client Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective utilization of the Get Well system, driving successful outcomes at assigned healthcare institutions. This position acts as a collaborative partner to healthcare staff, providing insights on how Get Well can enhance patient-centered care practices. The role involves working closely with hospital personnel and internal teams to align on the interactive patient care strategy for success. Ultimately, the Client Engagement Manager will elevate the Get Well program by fostering nurse engagement, enhancing system utilization, and leading projects aimed at improving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and other essential client contacts; serve as a primary liaison in our account model, delivering exceptional customer success to patients and staff. Actively seek feedback from staff and patients, communicating insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing strategic plans focused on achieving clinical outcomes for the account; guide clients on the roadmap for achieving results, utilizing our interactive patient care tools effectively.
  • Support executive meetings to review strategic plans related to return on investment.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for clients within assigned facilities or regions.
  • Facilitate participation in research initiatives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and quality objectives by conducting regular project status meetings with hospital representatives, ensuring continuous communication regarding system usage and status.
  • Drive system utilization by organizing quarterly account review meetings; conduct training sessions for nursing and staff, promoting the functionality and application of the system.
  • Monitor daily system utilization, identifying areas of underutilization and collaborating with staff to enhance engagement.
  • Act as the project manager for all development, content, and configuration requests; oversee the resolution of operational issues and implement action plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Create and maintain system content or collaborate with the Client Innovation team to develop facility-specific content.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4-6 years in a military setting preferred).
  • Clinical experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is required.
  • Veterans and military personnel are encouraged to apply.
  • Project management and training experience are preferred.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexibility in schedule is necessary; may include weekend availability.
  • Must be willing to undergo a federal background check and regular drug testing.
  • Compliance with client-specific requirements, including immunizations, is mandatory.
  • Adhere to organizational information security policies, safeguarding sensitive information in accordance with regulations.

Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, and skills. The estimated salary range for this position is competitive, complemented by potential annual bonuses.
