We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist within two specific Veterans Administration Medical Facilities. The Client Success Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring effective utilization of the Get Well system, leading to successful outcomes at their assigned healthcare facilities. This position serves as a collaborative partner to hospital personnel, providing insights on how Get Well can facilitate and enhance patient-centered care practices. The role requires collaboration with hospital teams and internal departments to align on the interactive patient care strategy for success. Ultimately, the Client Success Specialist will elevate the Get Well program by fostering nurse engagement, focusing on increased system utilization, and spearheading functionality projects to drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with nursing staff, hospital administrators, and other key stakeholders.
- Act as a primary contact within our account model, delivering exceptional customer success to patients and hospital staff.
- Gather and analyze feedback from staff and patients, communicating insights to relevant parties.
- Assist in formulating and executing strategic plans aimed at achieving clinical outcomes for the account.
- Advise clients on the roadmap for achieving outcomes, utilizing our interactive patient care tools effectively.
- Support executive meetings to review strategic plans focused on return on investment.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for clients within assigned facilities or regions.
- Encourage participation in research initiatives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and quality objectives through regular project status meetings.
- Drive utilization of the Get Well system by conducting quarterly account reviews and training sessions for staff.
- Identify areas of underutilization and work collaboratively with staff to enhance system engagement.
- Manage all development, content, and configuration requests for the hospital, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Maintain and audit system content or collaborate with the Client Innovation team to create tailored content.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4-6 years military experience preferred).
- Clinical experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.
- Military personnel and veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in project management and training is preferred.
- Proven track record of success and excellence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to headquarters.
- Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including potential weekend availability.
- Must be able to pass a federal government background check and regular drug testing.
- Compliance with client-specific requirements, including immunizations and screenings, is mandatory.
- Adherence to organizational information security policies is essential.

Compensation Package:
