Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and expands the branch customer base through various proactive sales and service initiatives. Manages the customer experience by recognizing opportunities to enhance the customer's financial wellbeing. Works alongside ecosystem partners to increase the customer's share of wallet. Positions PNC solutions to generate new revenue and foster customer loyalty.
  • Facilitates proactive sales dialogues through internal and external interactions using a defined sales methodology, including outbound calls, service-to-sales transitions, teller interactions, appointment scheduling, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately enhancing client loyalty. Conducts comprehensive PNC discussions with every client interaction to pinpoint appropriate PNC solutions. Utilizes ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Fosters customer loyalty and increases customer share of wallet through a distinctive customer experience. Engages in lobby activities to connect with clients and present PNC products that meet their needs. Informs customers about options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Employs product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, driving customer loyalty.
  • Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Exhibits heightened scrutiny to identify and prevent loss. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Experience: Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 1+ years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Education: No Degree Required.
Certifications: No Required Certification(s).
Licenses: Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
