Additionally, we offer a diverse range of dining options for visitors and family members across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing daily food preparation at designated stations to ensure that staff have the necessary tools and resources.
  2. Support the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and safe storage of food items.
  3. Estimate food requirements to procure the right amount of ingredients and establish recipe standards for meals.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with all health regulations in the kitchen and storage areas.
  5. Develop operational standards and implement quality improvements while effectively communicating these to the team.

Work Schedule:

This position typically operates from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, including alternating weekends.
