Position Overview:
As a Senior Branch Services Representative, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of our retail branch. You will collaborate closely with the Retail Operations and Experience teams to ensure a smooth member journey and meet our sales and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on strategic business initiatives within the department.
- Assist in managing budgets and fostering staff development.
- Ensure achievement of sales goals while providing guidance to team members.
- Monitor adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee daily branch activities and efficiently resolve any challenges.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and financial instruments.
- Engage in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the team towards operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience OR a bachelor's degree in business with 1 year of relevant experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience in a contact center or branch environment.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer lending and banking operations.
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
