Banking Relationship Specialist

As a Personal Banker Travel, you'll build new and expand existing relationships with clients by asking questions to identify needs, offering appropriate products and services, and referring the customer to the appropriate business partners within the Bank when needed.
We're looking for a skilled professional who can provide excellent customer service by providing immediate acknowledgement, identifying, and offering products and services, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include delivering and packaging detailed clerical support for deposit and consumer loan accounts, business accounts, collections and wires, safe deposit contracts, and pay and receive transactions.
Cash handling, balancing, and calculating skills are essential for this role, as well as supporting the branch goal of identifying and referring a range of bank products and services to the appropriate business partners.
Familiarity with state laws regarding products and services is also required, as well as prior Client Service Specialist or banking experience.
Bilingual skills are preferred, and the role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
