Key Responsibilities- Sell storage space and provide customers with relevant information to make informed decisions.
- Achieve sales targets by maximizing all sales opportunities and responding to customer inquiries.
- Provide a high level of customer service and ensure that our company values are maintained.
- Review and prioritize daily tasks, deal with new enquiries, complete contracts, and chase debts.
- Maintain and clean the site to ensure excellent standards are kept.
- Create brand awareness by promoting the store in the local community and networking with local businesses.
- Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit, and BACS payments, and complete petty cash float checks.
- Upsell retail and hire crates wherever appropriate.
- Confident team player with high standards and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain superb standards.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
- Good level of numeracy and ability to work with cash handling and administration.
- 40 hours per week, working a day shift pattern to cover store opening hours.
- 30 days holiday, including Bank Holidays.
