- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations and maintain accuracy in transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Availability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as needed, and attend training sessions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three to six months of banking or retail cash handling/customer service experience.
