About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Worcester County. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing subcontractors or other employees on various remodeling projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all aspects of residential and commercial carpentry, including framing, siding, and other general carpentry tasks.
  • Manage subcontractors or other employees on various remodeling projects.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other trades and function as site foreman as needed.
  • Solve problems independently and execute solutions with minimal oversight and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of carpentry experience.
  • Proficient in finish carpentry.
  • Skilled in drywall installation and repair.
  • Basic plumbing and electrical abilities.
  • Able to do framing, siding, and other general carpentry tasks.
  • Have your own tools and dependable transportation.
