Job Summary:

Blimpie is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a team of 2-5 Crew Members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Train and coach new and existing crew members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Handle and process paperwork, including sales reports and inventory management.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and team excellence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
