Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving topline goals for each represented hotel. Your primary focus will be on proactively soliciting business from various segments, including new business from small accounts, sourcing new targets, and re-soliciting past leads. You will work closely with hotel General Managers and other stakeholders to ensure competitive sales strategies are in place and aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve hotel goals.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure effective sales processes and maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide property support by coordinating internal mining efforts and executing property-specific sales initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales teams, and other departments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales processes.
What We Offer
