Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team at D3 Engineering. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our stockroom, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving of internal and customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Perform cycle counts and research discrepancies
  • Kit material for internal and external jobs
  • Participate in yearly inventory
  • Ship and receive internal and customer orders
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Knowledge and experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Inventory control experience
  • Domestic and international shipping experience
  • Ability to work from procedural documents and/or verbal instructions
  • Experience in handling electronic material preferred
  • Proven ability to use basic mathematical skills
