Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with operations to stage materials by project and technician.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Support the creation and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets as required.
- Comply with all company purchasing regulations, policies, and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree in Business is preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience in a purchasing/warehouse role preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Quick Books software is preferred.
