Essential Qualifications: Controls Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering is preferred.
  • Proficient in PLC programming, particularly with Allen-Bradley systems.
  • Experience in HMI design, with familiarity in platforms such as Wonderware and FactoryTalk View.
  • Understanding of industrial networking protocols including EtherNet/IP and DeviceNet.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage electrical design and layout.
  • Strong technical writing and communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to the fluid processing industry.

Essential Qualifications: Electrical & Instrumentation

  • Experience with control panel assembly, wiring, and installation.
  • Familiarity with electrical power distribution equipment and motor controls.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate measurement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of instrumentation and field equipment configuration.
  • Proficient in creating electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Understanding of machinery safety circuits and emergency stop control design.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Variable Frequency Drive selection and configuration.
  • Ability to interpret Process & Instrumentation drawings.
  • Knowledge of UL 508A panel design.
  • Familiarity with food, beverage, and dairy processing systems.
  • Understanding of sanitary requirements and CIP systems.
  • Database management experience, particularly with SQL Server.
  • Capability to design and tune PID loops for process control.
  • Experience in managing and implementing small capital projects independently.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as necessary for project startups.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
