Market Sales Manager

Affinity Group is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Louisiana market. As a Market Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and developing strategic business plans to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sales growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operators, and distributors
  • Collaborate with the Southeast leadership team to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships with clients and business partners
