Affinity Group is in search of a skilled and motivated Sales Market Leader to manage our Louisiana sector. This individual should have a proven track record in driving sales and leading teams effectively. The position will be primarily based out of our Harahan, LA office.
The Sales Market Leader will take charge of market expansion while providing hands-on coaching to a team of three sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mentoring, guiding, and developing team members to achieve consistent results.
This role is crucial in fostering relationships with operators, distributors, and clients within the market. The Sales Market Leader will collaborate with their team to deliver outcomes that surpass client expectations, while also ensuring that strategic business objectives are consistently met or exceeded. The right candidate will demonstrate a progressive and consultative sales approach, possess strong business development skills, and have the ability to influence and communicate effectively. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and will work closely with the Southeast leadership team to create and implement business growth strategies.
