Join Our Team as a Group Sales Manager

The Eliza Jane Hotel is seeking a highly skilled Group Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals set by the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in assigned markets to secure group business for the hotel
  • Prospect new business opportunities
  • Partner with hotel sales and operations team to ensure financial success of the hotel and experiences

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales and marketing preferred
  • Guest-first mentality
  • Prior leadership experience; professional and approachable
  • Thorough knowledge of the property's amenities, packages and promotions
