Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to achieve budgeted targets.

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of culinary team members.
- Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, menu development, and food preparation techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong culinary skills, with expertise in menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
