Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team at Larson Design Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, managing client expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve project management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with an A/E firm (preferred).
  • PMP certification or any other relevant licensure (strongly preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using project management software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
